You will need these materials:
• Yarn, especially cotton
• Punch needles
• Rug canvas
• Binding tape for rug
• Liquid latex
• Backing for rug
• Frame

How to make one:
1. Stretch the rug over the frame. Secure it firmly.
2. Punch the rug into the back of the canvas with the yarn. A short piece from the yarn will be pushed to the front, creating shaggy rug effect. Decide how much you want to push to create this effect. You can create long or short effect.
3. Once you’ve punched the whole rug, remove the frame. Use the binding tape to fold the corners.
4. Put the rug backing on the bottom side and use liquid latex to put it firmly in place. Leave it for a night.
